Lizzy McDowell is Director of Marketing at Kao Data, leading the company’s brand, communications and community engagement. Since joining in October 2023, she co-founded Critical Careers, the industry initiative celebrating women in digital infrastructure. She also leads the Kao SEED Fund and the Kao Academy, which champions constructive engagement between data centres and the local community

Adam Nethersole is Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Kao Data, leading the company’s commercial and go-to-market functions. Adam joined Kao Data from Verne Global in 2020 and has led award-winning initiatives including Kao Academy, the Kao SEED Fund and Critical Careers. He also sits on the TechUK Data Centre Council.
